Our premises and surgeries are wheelchair accessible and there is a disabled toilet.

 

We operate a zero-tolerance policy against violence or abusive behaviour towards our staff or patients.  Anyone suspected of such will be reported to the Primary Care Trust and / or Police and removed from our lists.

 

We have a diverse dental team who speak English, Hindi, Gujarati, Polish and Urdu.

 

We work hard within our practice to provide emergency appointments that we all sometimes need.  To help us, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer your appointment time to someone who urgently needs it.

 

If you fail to attend 2 appointments or cancel without adequate notice, we reserve the right to withdraw further treatments and remove you from our list.
